I registered with this company who said they work with Quadrabay to get the Equivalency Certificate. They said they have done many of these. Now 3 months later i still have no Equivalency certificate and they say its not their domain its between Quadrabay and my University. Everytime i connected with them they say they dont have a direct connection with Quadrabay only online. So my question to them is why are they acting as go between and charging for it if they have no direct contact, no say, no help. What am i paying them for and why did they not tell me this upfront?
