I bought two tickets from the Magic Planet website, and both amounts were deducted from my bank account. However, no credit was reflected on my Magic Planet cards. I called their customer service, and they informed me that I need to visit one of their branches to add credit for one of the purchases, and that the other amount would be refunded. Since May 17, I have been waiting for the refund, but they keep giving me false promises. The amount in question is AED 206.
