I did an online purchase to have a lip gloss in the shade "pink petal", but when it arrivedthe tube was completely shattered. Not only was the product unusable, but the packaging was also damaged. I don't know what I paid for exactly and I'd like to demand a refund or replacement. at least same product as I couldn't even use it for once which is funny
