Invoicing more than committed on the Bill generated

I had ported my number from etisalat to du postpaid. When I ported it was agreed on telephone call. It was informed to me that a plan of 300 aed will be activated for a discounted rate of 216 aed. They have not provided the discount from the second month which was agreed. So I had ported again back to etisalat cos of this bad customer service. And for cancellation of contract I was informed that 1 month bill had to be paid extra as contract breaching charges. But I received bill to pay for full month usage even I ported after 13 days in the month of October. That is ported to etisalat from du on October 13th. They charged me a bill for full month and contract breaking charges: Which is clearly not informed to me when I took the contract or which I have not signed up to when I took the contract. Same with my another DU postpaid bill which is not under any contract. I had ported that number also to etisalat on October 13 2025. Which mean I had used it only for 4-5 days of October. But they have charged full amount in this bill. I spoke to customer care for all the issues but was committed to be called back and informed but they did not take any action. And told me boldly to go and complaint to any authority. I’m ready to pay and settle the dues fairly. But they have charged me unfairly. Discount agreed was not provided on the 2nd month of the bill in contract period. Charges for exiting agreed was only one month bill extra but they have charged me over.
